About Us

About Yunxi Freight

China-to-UK logistics, supported by our own UK infrastructure.

Yunxi Freight provides door-to-door logistics for UK importers, Amazon sellers, retail brands and procurement teams sourcing from China.

Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Shenzhen, we connect collection and consolidation in China with international transport, customs clearance, warehousing and delivery in the UK. Our core team brings 15 years of relevant industry experience, supported by company-owned UK warehouses, customs centres and a vehicle fleet.

We organise shipments with both ends in view: how your suppliers prepare the goods and how your business needs to receive them.

Discuss Your Logistics Requirements

Our company and our perspective

Buying from China connects businesses across different markets, operating practices and delivery requirements. A supplier’s dispatch plan must align with the importer’s documentation, stock needs and receiving arrangements.

Yunxi Freight brings these considerations together. China-to-UK door-to-door logistics is one of our core service directions, combining knowledge of Chinese supply chains with the resources needed to handle goods after they reach the UK.

Our company was established in 2022. Our core team brings 15 years of relevant industry experience to cargo assessment, document preparation and transport coordination.

Our approach is practical: understand the goods, establish the responsibilities and organise each stage around the agreed destination. Whether you are placing a first order or managing regular replenishment, we aim to make your shipment easier to understand and manage.

An operating network on both sides

Collection and consolidation in China

Our domestic warehouse network covers Dongguan and Yiwu, with more than 30,000 m² of warehouse space across China. These locations support supplier collection, consolidation, receiving checks and preparation for international dispatch.

For businesses buying from several suppliers, consolidation brings goods and shipment information together before departure. Our team reviews cargo details and documents so that the transport plan reflects what is being shipped.

Company-owned infrastructure in the UK

Our UK warehouse network includes London, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham and Bristol, with more than 20,000 m² of company-owned warehouse space.

Three company-owned customs centres, located in London, Manchester and Luton, support destination customs operations. Our company-owned fleet of more than 200 vehicles provides resources for onward transport and delivery.

These facilities connect arrival handling, warehouse operations and dispatch. They give our team a physical operating base for coordinating goods after their international journey.

Connecting the network

International transport is arranged through carrier relationships. UK delivery uses our own fleet or courier partners according to the cargo and destination.

We combine directly controlled resources with transport partnerships, planning the handovers between them. Packaging, documents, appointments and receiving conditions are considered as part of the overall shipment arrangement.

The people and credentials behind our service

Across the company, more than 50 professionals work in sales, operations, customs and customer support. Our core team brings 15 years of relevant industry experience to shipment planning and coordination.

Our responsibilities connect preparation in China with delivery in the UK:

  • Planning and preparation: reviewing products, packaging, supplier locations and receiving requirements.
  • Operations and customs coordination: connecting warehouse receiving, dispatch, international transport and customs documentation.
  • Customer communication and delivery: maintaining a dedicated point of contact, providing shipment updates and coordinating destination arrangements.

Experience matters when it helps identify a missing document, an unsuitable package or a receiving requirement before dispatch. We apply that knowledge to the decisions behind each shipment.

Company credentials and identification

Yunxi Freight’s Chinese company, 深圳市云汐国际物流有限公司, holds NVOCC registration and China Customs Advanced Certified Enterprise status under China’s Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) programme.

Credential or identifier Details
NVOCC registration GD20240222155331
China Customs AEO status Advanced Certified Enterprise
Dun & Bradstreet D-U-N-S Number 444786785

These details support company identification and supplier due diligence. Together with our experienced team and company-owned UK infrastructure, they provide a basis for assessing our business and discussing a working relationship.

Clear preparation, connected communication

Trust develops through the way a shipment is managed.

We begin with the information needed to assess the goods and the destination. Before dispatch, our process includes cargo checks and document review. The agreed arrangement establishes the service scope and the respective responsibilities.

During transport, a dedicated contact follows the key stages, from warehouse receiving through customs clearance to delivery. If a shipment is delayed or selected for inspection, we communicate the available information and coordinate the next actions.

Before final delivery, we review the receiving requirements. An Amazon fulfilment centre, a commercial warehouse and a residential address require different preparations.

Our service depends on accurate information and cooperation. We work with you to establish a practical plan and explain where further documents, authorisation or handling arrangements are needed.

Supporting the businesses behind the goods

We work with UK importers, wholesalers, Amazon sellers, DTC brands and purchasing and supply chain teams.

Their needs range from collecting a first order to coordinating multiple suppliers, replenishing stock or moving oversized products. We support delivery to Amazon fulfilment centres, commercial premises, third-party warehouses and eligible residential addresses.

Our transport options include sea freight, air freight and combined road and rail services. Collection, consolidation, customs clearance and final delivery can be organised within a tailored door-to-door plan, with DDP or DAP arrangements agreed according to the shipment.

The starting point is your business requirement: what you are buying, when it will be ready and how it needs to be received.

Frequently asked questions

What company details should I check before working with Yunxi Freight?

Our Chinese company is 深圳市云汐国际物流有限公司. Its NVOCC registration number is GD20240222155331, and its D‑U‑N‑S Number is 444786785. It also holds China Customs Advanced Certified Enterprise status under the AEO programme.

When reviewing a proposed arrangement, check that the company details on the quotation, contract and supporting records correspond to the entity responsible for the service. Contact our team to discuss the documentation required for your supplier approval process.

Can you coordinate goods from several suppliers in China?

Yes. Our collection and consolidation services can bring goods from several suppliers into an agreed shipping plan. Share each supplier’s location, expected ready date and cargo details so that we can assess collection, warehouse receiving and combined dispatch arrangements.

Can you deliver to an Amazon fulfilment centre, a business address or a residential address?

Yes, subject to cargo and address acceptance. We support delivery to UK Amazon fulfilment centres, commercial premises, third-party warehouses and eligible residential addresses.

Before confirming the arrangement, we review the full address, appointment needs, access and unloading conditions. Additional handling must be agreed as part of the service scope.

Can you support postponed VAT accounting for UK imports?

Yes. We support the customs coordination required for postponed VAT accounting (PVA) where the importer and shipment meet the applicable requirements.

Before dispatch, we review the import arrangements, relevant VAT and EORI details, and written instructions. PVA concerns import VAT; customs duty is handled separately. The importer or its tax adviser remains responsible for VAT reporting and any applicable recovery.

Building a lasting connection between China and the UK

Our ambition is to become a long-term logistics partner for businesses trading between China and the UK, connecting China’s manufacturing and supply networks with the enterprises serving the UK market.

We want to support companies as their purchasing develops, their product ranges expand and their delivery requirements become more complex. Our long-term direction is to strengthen the connection between origin operations and UK delivery through our warehouse network, customs capabilities, transport resources and shipment information.

Our vision is a logistics network that helps businesses plan beyond individual shipments: supporting established supply chains, enabling new sourcing relationships and providing a practical foundation for growth.

We pursue that vision through better preparation, clearer responsibilities and logistics arrangements that support business planning.
